Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced Collection Manager to lead collection efforts for our Unsecured Personal Loan portfolio. You will drive targets, supervise collection teams and agencies, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining compliance with RBI guidelines.

Key duties include monitoring DPD and delinquency, allocating accounts, coordinating with agencies, and delivering regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Collections, preferably in Personal Loans/Unsecured Loans/NBFCs/Banking.
• Experience in leading collection teams and agencies.
• Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines and delinquency management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Collection Manager to manage collection activities for our Unsecured Personal Loan portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, managing collection teams/agencies, reducing delinquency, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the collection process for the Unsecured Personal Loan portfolio.
• Lead and supervise the collection team to achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Allocate delinquent accounts and monitor field/tele-calling collection activities.
• Track DPD, delinquency, roll-forward and recovery performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to collection executives.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and internal teams for effective recovery.
• Monitor daily collection reports, MIS and productivity dashboards.
• Identify high-risk and overdue accounts and develop appropriate recovery strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines and collection processes.
• Handle escalated customer cases and resolve collection-related issues professionally.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Take corrective action to improve collection efficiency and reduce portfolio delinquency.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of collection systems/MIS.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Regular Degree
• Experience: 3+ years in Collections, preferably in Personal Loans / Unsecured Loans / NBFC / Banking
• CTC: Up to 5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
