Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Collections Manager or similar role in NBFC industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with banking processes.
