• Meet targets on Revival business, productivity and quality
• Make Outbound call to customers to revive the existing insurance policy by connecting with the customer to pay the outstanding premium
• Provide complete and correct information on the product purchased by the customer, if asked by the customer
• Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including successful receipt of customer premium payment
• Adherence to Information security guidelines & quality process norms
