Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a recovery specialist to manage overdue payments and loan recovery through regular customer follow-ups and field visits. The role focuses on handling delinquent accounts and achieving monthly collection targets to maintain healthy cash flows.

The candidate will work within BFSI, Investments & Trading - Other segments and contribute to the organization’s financial performance from Mohali, with a hands-on approach to recovery activities.

Qualifications

• Overdue payments handling experience preferred.
• Ability to perform field visits for recovery.

Responsibilities
