IndusInd Bank Limited is seeking a self-driven professional to independently manage PAN India telecalling for collections across assigned portfolios. The role involves outbound calls, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

You will generate MIS reports and coordinate with internal stakeholders in an IC capacity with no team reporting. Experience in secured products (CC, OD, home loans, LAP, SB loans) and PAN India tele-calling operations is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecalling, Collections, or Recoveries with Banks/NBFCs
• Preference for experience in secured products (CC, OD, Home Loans, LAP, etc.)
• Prior experience handling PAN India tele-calling operations

• Manage PAN India telecalling activities for collections across allocated portfolios.
• Conduct outbound calls for payment follow-up, account regularization, and delinquency resolution.
• Negotiate and secure customer commitments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Track commitments and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
• Operate dialer-based calling systems to maximize productivity and contactability.
• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS, trackers, and portfolio performance reports.
• Provide regular portfolio insights and performance updates to management.

Overview

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing PAN India telecalling activities for collections of assigned portfolios. The role requires driving customer resolutions through outbound calling, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.This is an individual contributor role with no team reporting.

• Negotiate and secure customer commitments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
• Work on Dialer-based calling systems to maximize productivity and contactability.
• Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS, trackers, and portfolio performance reports.
• Provide regular portfolio insights and performance updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum5 years of experiencein Telecalling, Collections, or Recoveries with Banks/NBFCs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience insecured products, particularly:
• Cash Credit (CC)
• Overdraft (OD)
• Business Banking Loans
• Small Business Banking Loans
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Home Loans (HL)
• Prior experience in handling PAN India tele-calling operationswill be preferred.

This role is best suited for a self-driven professional with strong telecalling and collections experience, capable of independently managing PAN India customer interactions and driving soft collection outcomes for Business Banking and Small Business Banking portfolios.
