Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections specialist to manage the assigned area, achieve collection targets and minimize NPAs through disciplined recovery activities. The role focuses on SARFESI / Section 9 processes, asset verifications, and possession through court receivers, while tracking delinquency (Bucket and DPD) and ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within the specified TAT.

The candidate will coordinate with operations and legal teams to optimize recoveries and cost

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
