Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a collections professional to manage the assigned area, drive target achievements, and minimize NPAs. The role involves asset verifications under SARFESI/Section 9, tracking delinquencies by bucket/DPD, and improving vendor payouts efficiency.

Responsibilities include asset possession actions through court receivers, revenue enhancement measures, and resolving customer issues promptly within agreed TAT to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection processes.
• Knowledge of SARFESI and Section 9 procedures.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage delinquency by bucket/DPD.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
