Job summary

SkillLabs in Odisha is seeking a collections specialist to manage the assigned area and drive recovery outcomes. You will focus on reducing NPAs, improving cash flow, and ensuring adherence to processes.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams to optimize collections strategies and outcomes. Responsibilities include tracking delinquency by bucket/DPD, implementing SARFESI/Section 9 procedures through court receivers, and aiming for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates
• Ensure that NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters

Job description

• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
