Job summary

SkillLabs in Chennai is seeking a Collections Officer to manage assigned area collections and drive targets across resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. The role includes minimizing NPAs and pursuing recovery actions under SARFESI/Section 9 with court receivers where required.

You will also work to increase fee income, control vendor payouts, and monitor delinquency by bucket and DPD, while ensuring customer inquiries are resolved within the defined TAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
