Job summary

HuskPower Systems Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Ground Collection Executive to join our field team and drive debt recovery. You will conduct field visits, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain positive relationships with clients to meet monthly targets.

The role requires 1–2 years of credit and collections experience, clear communication, timely follow-ups, and the ability to relocate as needed. Prior experience with Banks/NBFCs is a plus.

As a Ground Collection Executive/Agent, right candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient recovery of outstanding debts. He/She will be responsible for conducting field visits, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive relationships with clients

What this will entail:

• Achieving the Payment collection target every month.
• Maintain cordial communication with all clients.
• Resolve collection related queries of clients.
• Assist daily/weekly collection reporting and target setting
• Report customer grievances promptly
