Job summary

HuskPower Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Ground Collection Executive to drive repayment of outstanding debts through field visits, negotiations, and timely follow-ups while maintaining positive client relationships and monthly targets.

The role requires clear, assertive communication, rapport-building, and willingness to relocate as needed; prior experience in credit and collections, preferably with Banks/NBFCs, is preferred. Bachelor's or diploma is optional.

As a Ground Collection Executive/Agent, right candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient recovery of outstanding debts. He/She will be responsible for conducting field visits, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive relationships with clients

What this will entail:

• Achieving the Payment collection target every month.
• Maintain cordial communication with all clients.
• Resolve collection related queries of clients.
• Assist daily/weekly collection reporting and target setting
• Report customer grievances promptly
• Ability to commute/relocate
