HYKON INDIA LIMITED is seeking a field service technician to install, commission and maintain UPS, inverters, batteries and solar power systems at customer sites in Kerala. The role involves preventive maintenance, attending breakdowns, and performing repairs with valid two-wheeler transport.

Candidates should hold ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, 1–3 years of experience (freshers with aptitude may be considered), and be willing to travel within the area.

Qualifications

• ITI (Electrical / Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in servicing UPS, inverters, batteries or solar products (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered).
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle (fuel / travel allowance as per company policy).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and attend urgent calls when needed.
• Physically fit to lift equipment and work at heights where required.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission UPS, inverters, stabilisers, batteries and solar power systems at customer locations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance visits under AMC schedules, including inspection, testing, cleaning and battery health checks.
• Attend breakdown and service calls within the assigned time, diagnose faults and carry out repairs at site.
• Replace faulty parts and components, and handle warranty replacements as per company policy.
• Complete service reports, job cards and checklists accurately, and obtain customer sign-off on every visit.
• Update call status, spares usage and visit details in the company service system on time.
• Maintain good rapport with customers, explain the product’s operation and usage, and resolve their concerns politely.
