We're looking for a hands-on people leader to own our enterprise collaboration and productivity platform portfolio. You'll lead a small technical team based in Hyderabad, set the technical strategy and roadmap for these platforms, and stay directly involved in configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting. This is a player‑coach role: you'll split your time between leading and developing your team and doing hands‑on platform work yourself. Own the technical strategy, architecture, integrations, administration, operations, reliability, and roadmap for our internal collaboration and productivity platform portfolio. Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a technical team in Hyderabad that collaborates closely with globally distributed IT, Engineering, and Security teams. Engage directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, improve platform adoption, resolve recurring or systemic issues, and continuously improve the employee technology experience. Manage vendor relationships for the platforms you own: track product roadmaps, releases, and capabilities, and translate relevant developments into concrete value for LiveRamp. Apply an automation‑first and AI‑first approach to service delivery, platform operations, observability, reporting, and everyday employee workflows. Contribute hands‑on through design reviews, proofs of concept, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting — this is not a purely oversight role. Partner with IT, Engineering, Security, and business leaders to align platform investments with company priorities. Collaborate periodically across international time zones, including occasional planned evening or early‑morning overlap with global teams — distinct from any formal on‑call responsibilities.
Experience owning enterprise collaboration and IT service management (ITSM) platforms end‑to‑end, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and vendor management. Hands‑on, working experience managing platforms such as Google WorkSpace, Slack, and Atlassian products (Jira/Jira Service Management, and Confluence). reshservice, — transferable experience across comparable enterprise platforms is valued as much as experience with these exact products. Experience directly managing and developing a technical team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Strong communication skills and comfort working across time zones with globally distributed teams.
