Job description

LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. Hundreds of global innovators—from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders—turn to LiveRamp to deepen customer engagement, activate new partnerships, and maximize the value of their first‑party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

As an Enterprise Applications Engineer you’ll own our enterprise SaaS applications and corporate IT platforms in Hyderabad, ensuring a secure, scalable, and audit‑ready environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and evolve core SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Freshservice, Confluence/Jira, Zoom, and related tools—covering installation, configuration, lifecycle management, upgrades, and support for associated endpoint and IT platforms.
  • Own initiatives end to end, leading medium‑scale projects with minimal oversight—from clarifying requirements and planning work, to executing, tracking progress, and delivering high‑quality outcomes on time.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders in HR, Finance, Security, Legal, Engineering, and other teams to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, and design scalable, secure integrations and workflows that align with BT and Corporate IT standards.
  • Implement secure and compliant changes, executing SaaS configuration, integrations, and access controls in line with approved IT security policies, guidelines, and standards, and supporting audits, DR/SOX testing, and the safe use of sandbox/test environments.
  • Automate manual processes by developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and automations that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and are designed for scale, observability, and resilience across our application and endpoint stack.
  • Create and maintain standards and documentation—including procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation for the systems and services you own—while mentoring teammates and promoting effective collaboration within BT and with partner teams.
  • Continuously improve and optimize how enterprise applications are used, iterating on designs, gathering feedback, and contributing to planning and budgeting recommendations to keep tools, processes, and investments efficient and business‑aligned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT (systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations), including 2+ years working with enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Hands‑on experience administering Mac and Windows environments and common endpoint/security tooling.
  • Experience implementing and operating SSO/SAML/IAM (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and working with Active Directory and identity lifecycle concepts.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining API‑based integrations and automations (using Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, JSON, CLI tools, etc.).
  • Experience with at least one ITSM platform (ideally Freshservice or Jira Service Management) and with Google Workspace and/or Slack administration.
  • A working understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routing, firewalls) to effectively collaborate with Network Engineering.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
  • Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure‑as‑code tools, and configuration‑as‑code practices.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows or similar low‑code automation platforms.
  • Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure in a corporate IT or services context.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or global technology company and supporting new office build‑outs.
  • Experience with ITIL/ISO frameworks and/or related certifications.
  • Experience with AI tools and interest in applying them to IT operations.
Desired Personal Traits
  • Customer‑obsessed, empathetic, and able to translate complex technical topics into clear, business‑friendly language.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator who partners well across Engineering, Security, HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • A self‑starter who drives work forward with minimal supervision, prioritizing automation over manual effort.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Benefits
  • Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive benefits package—including medical, dental, vision, accident, life and disability, employee assistance program, voluntary benefits, and perks for healthy lifestyle and career growth.
  • Medical benefits extend to dependents, including parents.
