Job summary

LiveRamp in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned LMS Administrator and L&D Facilitator to design, customize, and launch courses across our India site. You will manage the LMS, onboard new hires, and partner with the HR team to deliver impactful training programs.

With 10+ years in L&D, you will apply adult learning theory, develop engaging content, and track program effectiveness. This role combines strategy, design sensibility, and hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in L&D with LMS administration.
  • Experience enrolling users and managing SCORM.
  • Strong adult learning theory & instructional design.
  • Excellent PM skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Certifications in e-learning are a plus.

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in creating, evaluating, and launching new courses and programs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in LMS administration and solid experience customizing and delivering training programs, with over 7-10 years of experience and a strong working knowledge of adult learning theory. They will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new employees, customizing and delivering manager training programs, and serving alongside and partnering with the P&C (HR) team Hyderabad site. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and hands‑on program management expertise as well as strong technical acumen, clear design sensibility, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Platform Administration: Maintain a current, well-documented program catalog for the India site. Maintain accurate course and learner records. Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling participants in courses and uploading SCORM files. Ensure the LMS is optimized for user experience and performance. Respond to and resolve tickets related to the L&D/training space.
  • Program Management: Along with L&D Lead, develop and/or customize clear project plans and timelines specific to the Hyderabad site for all learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines. Monitor program metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and success of learning initiatives. Identifying and resolve issues independently; take initiative under unfamiliar circumstances to resolve issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for program implementation.
  • Course Development and Design: Working closely with L&D Lead, modify/customize courses as necessary so that they are suitable for a Hyderabad audience. Evaluate and update existing course materials to ensure they meet current standards and learning objectives. Write professional-level English communications that provide clarity for programs & services to stakeholders.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define success measures for learning experiences and monitor progress against these metrics. Run and analyze reports. Report on the effectiveness of courses and programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Working knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) various SAAS platforms (covers Sana LMS, Google Suite, Workday, etc). Stay current with new technologies and best practices in instructional design and e‑learning. Must be highly adept at administering courses in an LMS.
  • Adult Learning Theory: Apply adult learning principles to the design and development of training materials. Ensure all learning experiences are engaging, effective, and aligned with adult learning theories.
  • Program Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality learning solutions. Work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in L&D, with specific familiarity with LMS administration. Proven track record of developing and launching successful training programs and courses.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with LMS administration, including enrolling users and managing SCORM files. Exceptional systems mindset and quick to grasp technical concepts.
  • Educational Background: Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Relevant certifications in e‑learning or related fields are a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Strong analytical skills to measure and report on learning effectiveness. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personal Attributes: Independent and self‑motivated with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for design. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
