Job summary

Rommelag Engineering in Bengaluru seeks an experienced CNC Turn Mill Operator to independently run turn-mill jobs for precision components. You will set up machines, select tooling, set offsets, and read drawings with GD&T, ensuring accurate dimensions.

The role demands hands-on machining, in-process inspection, and troubleshooting to maintain quality and productivity. Familiarity with Mazak, Fanuc, or Siemens controllers and an ITI/diploma in mechanical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read drawings with GD&T and interpret tolerances.
• Experience in Turn Mill / Mill Turn operations.
• Know tooling inserts and machining parameters.
• Use precision measuring instruments and maintain tolerances.
• Basic CNC program understanding and editing ability.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues on the shop floor.
