Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in India seeks an NC Programmer to lead manufacturing processes for CNC operations on a production line. You will prepare and verify NC programs, study drawings and models, and coordinate with process and tooling teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, MOPs and tool lists.

The role requires 2–5 years of core CNC programming experience with Fanuc and Siemens control, strong CAD/CAM knowledge (CATIA V5) and Vericut simulation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in mechanical or production Engineering.
• 2–5 years core experience in CNC programming on CAD/CAM software with Fanuc & Siemens controller.
• Strong CAD/CAM knowledge with CATIA and Vericut simulation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC programs with (SQDC) zero deviation in Safety and Quality, coordinating with process & tooling teams.
• Study drawings, 3D models, MOP and tool lists to identify machining requirements.
• Identify drawing vs 3D model nonconformities and inform engineering.
• Verify NC codes generated in CATIA V5 in Vericut simulation and maintain records of key checks.
• Coordinate with machine operators for smooth machining and support cost-reduction projects.

Job description

The NC Programmer will demonstrate leadership in manufacturing processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop & execute objectives for self & others and this will have the ability to affect short-term & some long-term business goals. Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line with understanding of a concepts, methods, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare CNC programs with (SQDC) Zero deviation in Safety and Quality. co-ordinate with process & tooling team for timely availability of drawings, 3d models, MOP & tool list required for CNC program preparation. Essential skill requires for CATIA CAD/CAM Optimize the tool path to achieve best cycle time on machine. Verify the NC codes generated in Catia V5 in vericut simulation software and maintain record of important check points. Technical and standard documentation for machine shop Co-ordinate with machine operators for smooth machining process execution Drive & support Improvement projects for Cost reduction.
