Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to lead welding robotics programming and operation across plant stations.

You will train operators, ensure safety and quality, and push automation improvements across shifts with a focus on SQDC performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Metallurgy with 5–10 years in Fabrication and Welding.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in robotic operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, and execute robotic programs.
• Willingness to work with blue-collar teams and train personnel.
• Lead automation and robotics tasks and projects.
• Basic ROI/NPV analysis for automation proposals.

Responsibilities

• Programming and operation control of welding robotic stations across the plant.
• Operate multiple stations across shifts and ensure offline programs are ready.
• Train welding operators on robotic applications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within time and cost.
• Identify new areas for robotic applications and automation.
• Propose newer technologies to improve SQDC parameters.

Job description

Operation & Programming of various welding robotic stations. Guide the welding robot operator on shift to shift work. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Programming & Operation Control of Welding Robotic Stations across plant. There will be multiple stations which need to operate all the shifts, readiness with offline programs before time to ensure smooth execution of all stations. Train all welding operators on robotic application. Constant connect with them for safety, quality, delivery on time within time & cost for all robotic tasks. Find out newer potential area for robotic application & automation in current operations & processes. Put up for newer technologies for advancement with improvement towards SQDC parameters.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma/BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy. 5-10 years of experience in Fabrication & Welding shop with min. 2-3 years in robotic operations.
