Job summary

Arabelle Solutions seeks a skilled maintenance engineer to install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment across three shifts. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage tool making, and ensure adherence to EHS standards and safety procedures.

The role requires strong knowledge of CNC machines, Siemens CNC 840 D-SL, S7 PLC, and SAP/ERP systems, with a focus on preventive and breakdown maintenance and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• B.E. in Electrical / Electronic with 8+ years' experience.
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 12+ years' experience.
• Knowledge of EHS guidelines / risk related to inspection activities on machines and during assembly.
• Experience with CNC systems and Siemens PLCs.
• Familiarity with electrical safety procedures (LOTO).

Job description

Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment.
• Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making.
• Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline.
• Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
• Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly.
• Knowledge about Risk related to chemical management related to Nondestructive testing and able to interpret MSDS related to associated chemicals.
• Hands-on experience CNC machines - like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc.
• Breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of all the equipment and maintaining their records and history card in all 3 shifts.
• Must have knowledge of Siemens CNC 840 D-SL (Encoder, LMS, Backup and restore of data, Basic CNC commissioning and maintenance) and Siemens S7 PLC (read and modify PLC logic, STL, FBD and LAD language must).
• Should have knowledge of VFD, Compressor and other utility system.
• Spare part management and vendor development.
• Maintenance Budget preparation, CAPEX, OPEX.
• Maintenance of UPS up to 400 KVA.
• Calibration of equipment and maintaining their records.
• Complete knowledge of field instruments like RTD, Thermocouple, Flow meter, Pressure transmitter, Proximity switch etc.
• Must have knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO procedure.
• Basic knowledge of Nuclear Safety.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• B.E. In Electrical / Electronic with 8+ Years' Experience.
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 12+ Years' experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
• Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system Siemens CNC 840 D-SL.
• Knowledge of Fabrication Equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic System in machines.
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP.
