Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in Sanand, India, is seeking a CNC Programming Specialist to lead manufacturing processes. You will prepare CNC programs, coordinate with tooling and process teams, and ensure safety and quality (SQDC) standards are met.

The role requires 2–5 years in CNC programming with CAD/CAM, Catia V5, and Vericut, plus strong knowledge of GD&T, turbine components, and heavy machining. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in mechanical or production engineering.
• 2–5 years core CNC programming experience with CAD/CAM.
• Experience with Fanuc & Siemens controllers.
• Strong EHS & quality focus.
• Thorough understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience in Vericut simulation software.
• Experience in turbine & generator rotor & casing components.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in heavy machining of components.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC programs with (SQDC) Zero deviation in Safety and Quality.
• Coordinate with process & tooling team for drawings, 3d models, MOP & tool list for CNC program prep.
• Study drawings, 3d models, MOP, and setups to identify machining requirements.
• Identify drawing vs 3d model nonconformities and inform engineering.
• Optimize the tool path to achieve best cycle time on machine.
• Verify NC codes generated in Catia V5 in Vericut simulation and maintain records.
• Produce technical and standard documentation for the machine shop.
• Coordinate with machine operators for smooth machining execution.
• Drive and support improvement projects for cost reduction.
