Job summary

jaivel is seeking an Associate - Manufacturing (CNC Turning & Inspection) to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will independently perform most tasks, ensuring customer requirements are met with high quality.

You will work with 3-5 Axis CNC turning, set up toolholding, inspect parts, and strive for right-first-time delivery while maintaining safety and process compliance. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years total experience in CNC manufacturing
• Proficient in 3-5 axis turning and complex components
• GD&T and aerospace materials knowledge
• Lean and Six Sigma awareness
• ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems knowledge
• Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work to team plan and deliver tasks on-time and within budget
• Evaluate progress and adjust as needed
• Inward inspection of incoming material for CNC turning
• Set up work-holding as per turning strategy in documentation
• Build cutting tools per tool list and set up machine
• Operate 3-5 Axis CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper part geometry and finish during turning
• Record operation, inspection and quality data
• Collaborate with Design, APQP and Assembly teams
• Resolve non-conformances to minimize impact on project objectives

About the Role:

We are looking foran Associate - Manufacturing (CNC Turning & Inspection), whothrives in a high performance and fast paced technicalenvironment. As an Associate within the Manufacturing (CNCTurning & Inspection) team, you will be responsible forindependently performing most function tasks, ensuring that ourcustomer receives a great product.

What you'll deliver:

• Work to teamplan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
• Evaluate yourwork progress to the plan and make required course corrections
• Inwardinspection of incoming material for cnc turning
• Pre-turning& setting of work-holding as per turning strategydefined in process documentation
• Accuratelybuild cutting tools as per tool list and set the job onmachine as per process documentation
• Understandturning strategy and ensure safe and efficient operation of3-5 Axis CNC machines
• Understandpart's form, fit and function in assembly and it's function
• Ensure thatrequired aesthetic and dimensional accuracy is achievedduring turning process
• Deburr, cleanand inspect machined part to validate that all requiredcharacteristics are fully achieved
• Optimiseturning efficiency with regular machine maintenance &Cutting Tool Krib organisation
• Duly completeoperation, inspection and quality systems documentation
• Work withDesign, APQP and Assembly team to ensure that customerrequirements are met
• Swiftlyresolve non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives
