Qualifications

• 2+ years of total working experience in related domain.
• In-depth knowledge of 3-5 axis turning and cutting strategies for complex components.
• Proficiency with GD&T, fits, tolerances and aerospace materials.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNC turning and inspection tasks to ensure first-time quality.
• Set up tools and work-holding per process documentation; run programs.
• Inspect parts, document results, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Collaborate with Design, APQP and Assembly teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain equipment, apply 5S and lean practices on the shop floor, and resolve non-conformances.

About the Role:

We are looking foran Associate - Manufacturing (CNC Turning & Inspection), whothrives in a high performance and fast paced technicalenvironment. As an Associate within the Manufacturing (CNCTurning & Inspection) team, you will be responsible forindependently performing most function tasks, ensuring that ourcustomer receives a great product.

What you'll deliver:

• Work to teamplan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
• Evaluate yourwork progress to the plan and make required course corrections
• Inwardinspection of incoming material for cnc turning
• Pre-turning& setting of work-holding as per turning strategydefined in process documentation
• Accuratelybuild cutting tools as per tool list and set the job onmachine as per process documentation
• Understandturning strategy and ensure safe and efficient operation of3-5 Axis CNC machines
• Understandpart's form, fit and function in assembly and it's function
• Ensure thatrequired aesthetic and dimensional accuracy is achievedduring turning process
• Deburr, cleanand inspect machined part to validate that all requiredcharacteristics are fully achieved
• Optimiseturning efficiency with regular machine maintenance &Cutting Tool Krib organisation
• Duly completeoperation, inspection and quality systems documentation
• Work withDesign, APQP and Assembly team to ensure that customerrequirements are met
• Swiftlyresolve non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives
