Jobitus is seeking two skilled Maintenance Engineers to support our CNC grinding operations in Waluj MIDC, Maharashtra. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on high‑precision machines and work with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controls to diagnose system errors.

Ideal candidates hold a BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of hands‑on CNC grinding maintenance experience, and will ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency while adhering

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on CNC grinding machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults and repair timely.
• Work with Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controls to diagnose errors.
• Maintain spare parts inventory to minimize MTTR.
• Document breakdown history, maintenance checklists, and RCA reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all activities.

We are seeking two skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineers with a strong background in CNC Grinding machines to join our engineering team. The ideal candidates will hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing CNC grinding equipment to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance specifically for high‑precision CNC grinding machines.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults swiftly.

• Control Systems: Work comfortably with CNC controllers (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) to diagnose system errors.

• Spare Parts Management: Maintain inventory of critical machine spares to minimize MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).

• Documentation: Keep precise logs of breakdown history, maintenance checklists, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with standard industrial safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core experience in the maintenance of CNC grinding machines (e.g., cylindrical, surface, centerless, or internal grinding).
