Job summary

Bosch Nashik plant is seeking a Machine Shop Maintenance Technician in Nashik, Maharashtra. The role requires hands-on maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Honing, SPM, Grinding) and assembly/disassembly of CNC components, with strong troubleshooting and knowledge of Fanuc systems.

Candidates should read drawings, understand hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and apply MTBF/MTTR/Uptime concepts while maintaining safety and 5S/Kaizen practices in a high‑production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Honing, SPM, Grinding).
• Hands-on assembling and dismantling CNC machine assemblies (spindle, slides, ball screws, LM guides, hydraulic circuits).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC machine issues.
• Knowledge of Fanuc system.
• Ability to work under high production pressure.
• Knowledge of MTBF, MTTR, uptime, and Why-Why analysis.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; ability to read drawings.
• Basics of 5S and Kaizen.
• Commitment to safety and safe work environment.

JD:

Should Have experience in breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance of CNC machines- VMC, HMC, Honing machines, SPM machines, Grinding Machines.

Should have hands‑on experience of assembling and dismantling CNC machine assemblies like spindle, slides, ball screws, L.M guides, Hyd. Circuits.

Should have skill of trouble shooting of problems related to CNC machines.

Should have knowledge of Fanuc system.

Can work under high production pressure environment.

Should know basic maintenance systems like MTTBF, MTTR, Uptime, Why-Why analysis.

Should have good knowledge of Hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems. Should know read the drawings.

Should know the basics of 5S, Kaizen concepts.

Should have good idea of Safety and safe work environment.
