Job summary

JobItUs is seeking an Operator – CNC machine in Silvassa. You will operate CNC machinery, load programs, and ensure product quality by checking simulations and parameters before starting production.

Ideal candidates have an ITI with 2-3 years machine operation experience, strong attention to safety, and ability to follow detailed instructions. Flexibility for 3 shifts and onsite attendance is required.

Qualifications

ITI with minimum 2-3 years work experience in machine operation.
Ability to follow instructions and understand machine programmes and parameters.
Data entry and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
Controlling the machine operation and process parameters and maintain it.
Selection and mounting of tools according to design pattern of the Product.
To load and run the program submitted by designer for product.
Check the simulation to ensure safe operation and product quality before starting the machine.
Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines & equipment’s.
To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the senior.
Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.

Controlling the machine operation and process parameters and maintain it.
Selection and mounting of tools according to design pattern of the Product.

Check the simulation to ensure safe operation and product quality before starting the machine.

To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the senior.
