Responsibilities

Operate the bridge cutting machine per work instructions and process parameters.
Set cutting size dimensions in the machine display per drawing requirements.
Set cutting feed of wheel for accurate and smooth cutting.
Measure the cut size with a tape, mark numbers on pieces per drawing.
Record cutting in the report and ensure safety of machines and equipment.
Provide feedback to supervisor regarding breakages/cracks in marble.
Follow all safety procedures as described by the senior.

Working Hours: 8 Hrs
Shift: 3 Shift Availability

Purpose of Job: To operate the Bridge cutting machine.

Principal Accountabilities

Follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
Check the sharpening of wheel segment for good quality of cutting.
Set the cutting size dimensions in the machine display as per drawing requirement.
Set the cutting feed of wheel for accurate and smooth cutting.
Measure the cut size by measuring tape.
Mark number on each piece as provided in drawing.
Record the cutting done in report.
Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines & equipment’s.
Providing the feedback of the production to supervisor for any breakages/cracks in the marble.
Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.

Qualifications & Experience Required

ITI with minimum 2-3 years work experience of machine operating.
