Hire Hubb is seeking an experienced CNC technician to set up and program machines, inspect parts, and maintain equipment in a high-precision environment. The role emphasizes strict adherence to drawings, tolerances, and safety standards.

Candidates should bring extensive G-code experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the stamina for long shifts at a busy shop floor in Coimbatore district. Diploma/ITI credentials are required for consideration.

Formación

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 13 years CNC machining experience; aerospace/automotive background preferred.
• Proficient CNC programming using G-code and CAM/CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Machine setup: prepare CNC machines with tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
• Programming & operation: input/adjust CNC programs (G-code) for milling, drilling, cutting, grinding; operate to produce parts per drawings.
• Quality control: inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges; ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting: perform routine maintenance and minor repairs; identify and resolve machine/program errors.
• Safety & compliance: follow workplace safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations.
