Overview

The CNC Grinding Operator role at Brijon Pharmatech is a full-time, onsite position within the manufacturing department focused on precision grinding operations for tablet tooling components. The operator is responsible for setting up and running CNC grinding machines to meet stringent quality and dimensional standards critical for pharmaceutical tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC grinding machines by loading materials, selecting grinding wheels, and configuring machine parameters according to job specifications.
• Operate CNC grinding machines to perform roughing and finishing cuts on tooling components with high accuracy.
• Monitor grinding processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision instruments to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of CNC grinding equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain thorough records of production data, machine settings, and quality inspections for traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address production challenges and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience operating CNC grinding machines, preferably with exposure to pharmaceutical or precision tooling manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, grinding wheel selection, and grinding parameters.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
