Job Summary

Experienced Profile Grinding Machine Operator specializing in precision grinding of gearbox components such as gears, shafts, and profiles. Skilled in operating CNC/gear profile grinding machines to achieve high accuracy and surface finish as per engineering standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Operate profile grinding machines for finishing gear teeth and components
• Set up machines, select grinding wheels, and align tools as per job requirements
• Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments for accuracy
• Inspect components using micrometers, gauges, and measuring instruments
• Ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy meet specifications
• Perform dressing of grinding wheels and routine machine maintenance
• Identify defects and ensure quality control in production
• Follow safety standards and maintain clean working area

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands‑on experience with CNC Gear profile grinding (CNC / manual machines) machine Operating & Programming
• Able to read Drawings
• Knowledge of gear manufacturing processes
