Job summary

Muller India Pvt Ltd in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking an experienced CNC/Shop-floor Supervisor to monitor daily production against targets, supervise operators across shifts, and coordinate manpower and machine loading on the shop floor.

The role requires a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or related field, 5–7 years in CNC manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyse production data, identify bottlenecks, and communicate deviations to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing or relevant discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in CNC / machine shop manufacturing.
• Minimum 23 years of supervisory/shop-floor handling experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of CNC production processes.
• Experience in production monitoring, MIS and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to analyse production data and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong manpower and shop-floor management skills.
