Qualifications

• Preferably B.Tech.
• 5+ years of experience in production.
• Proven experience of leading large task forces.
• CNC shop floor experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations and lead the team to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and adhere to quality standards.
• Ensure team members are properly trained on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
• Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address mechanical or electrical issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems.
