Experience: 4–9 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Operator to operate CNC machines, produce components as per technical drawings and specifications, and maintain required quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Set tools, offsets, and basic machine parameters as required.
• Monitor machine operation and identify abnormalities during production.
• Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality as per specifications.
• Make basic tool/offset adjustments when required.
• Maintain production records and inspection reports.
• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Report machine issues, tool wear, and quality problems to the supervisor.
• Minimize material wastage, machine downtime, and rejection.
• Support preventive maintenance and routine machine checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Machining, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic CNC operations and machining processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic inspection methods.
• Basic understanding of CNC tooling, cutting parameters, and tool offsets.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
• Strong discipline and adherence to workplace safety.
