Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on experience with CSDM and its applications.
• Ability to design service dependency maps and data source rules.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing a robust data foundation that accurately reflects our IT infrastructure and service dependencies. Your expertise will drive large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring data integrity, governance, and alignment with industry best practices such as the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). This position is critical for enhancing operational visibility, supporting service reliability, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the deployment of ServiceNow CMDB solutions tailored to complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  
• Lead end-to-end adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to standardize service mapping and data structures.
  
• Design and implement strategies for service dependency mapping to visualize relationships between infrastructure and business services.
  
• Develop and enforce data source precedence rules and comprehensive governance frameworks to maintain data accuracy.
  
• Execute large-scale CMDB transformation projects, including data cleanup, normalization, and migration efforts.
