Job summary

Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking in Bengaluru. You will monitor key operational metrics across dark stores, maintain data accuracy for dashboards, and help leadership visualize network health and performance.

You will coordinate with store operations, manage 3P partner performance, and drive standardization and continuous improvement across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.
• Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams.
• Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
• Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy.
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Managing 3P partners and driving standardization/improvement is a key requirement of the role.

Basic Qualifications
