Job summary

Seraphin Ventures in Mumbai seeks an on-site Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across 10 units, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive issue resolution with speed and care.

You will lead the on-site housekeeping team, coordinate maintenance (electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry), manage vendors, and maintain logs and audits to keep all units guest-ready and compliant with standards.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Own daily operations across all 10 units: check-ins, check-outs, guest experience and same-day issue resolution
  
• Lead the on-site housekeeping team, plan daily task lists, verify completed work with photos and inspections, and step in hands-on when needed
  
• Ensure every unit passes its pre-arrival readiness check before the guest walks in, not after a complaint
  
• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance (electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry) end to end: log it, get it fixed, verify the fix personally
  
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for repairs, installations and AMCs; negotiate rates
  
• Run the deep-cleaning schedule and monthly linen and stock audits with accurate records
  
• Log all work in our systems (ticketing, mobile checklists, WhatsApp updates); if it is not logged, it did not happen
  
• Handle guest complaints on the ground and resolve them fast
  
• Liaise with the building management and society on operational matters.
