Job summary

Oswal Group in Ludhiana, Punjab invites an experienced Mall Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations across the mall, including common areas, washrooms, food court, parking and back-of-house zones.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance and performance, ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety, coordinate cleaning schedules and inventory, and address tenant concerns while maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping across the mall: common areas, washrooms, food court, parking and back-of-house.
• Supervise staff, assign duties and monitor attendance and performance.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the mall.
• Plan cleaning schedules, deployments and periodic deep-cleaning.
• Monitor materials, chemicals, equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate with Facility, Security and Engineering for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and SOPs.
• Handle tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor vendors and ensure service quality as per standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports and records.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and housekeeping SOPs.
• Handle customer/tenant housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor housekeeping vendors and ensure service quality as per agreed standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports and maintain necessary records.
