HASBRO Clothing Pvt Ltd is seeking a Cluster Manager based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role oversees HASBRO-BASICS EBO stores, guiding sales teams, reviewing results, and training staff to meet revenue targets.

Qualification requirements include 4–7 years in EBO retail within apparel, willingness to travel, and strong communication/presentation skills. The position involves market expansion, channel development, and ensuring operational compliance.

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in EBO format retail channel.

• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Demonstrated expertise leading operations, and managing and improving profit & market share.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the business in Bengaluru across all performance metrics against the business target on a monthly/quarterly and yearly basis.
• Plan, execute and achieve the budgeted sales targets as per the business plan.
• Ensure sales targets are met and will be responsible for the collections of the sales made.
• Implement sales promotion activities and roll out trade specific schemes.
• Publish reports outlining all sales activity and communicate to management, via daily, weekly and monthly scorecards.
• Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network and online channels.
• Explore new markets and expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
• Develop & optimize marketing efforts tied in with growth and sales targets.
• Providing support and guidance pertaining to operations and administration to the staffs.
• Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
• Effective control & minimizing the leakages and damages.
• Ensure compliance with organization and government policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team development plans are documented and leadership development plans are in place for high performers.

We are HASBRO Clothing Pvt Ltd, we own the Menswear Apparel brand BASICS. We have 100 + Exclusive outlets and 900 + Large format throughout India.

We are currently in look for a Cluster Manager for Karnatakabased in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will guide the HASBRO - BASICS - EBO store sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for store sales teams. This candidate should have an ability to understand customers needs in the Karnataka territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area.
