Qualifications

• MBA with 8–10 years of industry experience.
• MFD certification preferred/required.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth across all channels in the assigned cluster.
• Manage relationships with IFAs, MFDs, National Distributors, State Bank Channel and Other Banks.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve targets, mobilization and market share.
• Build relationships with investors, customers and distributor accounts, including potential HNI/UHNI investors.
• Drive sales of new products, equity and debt schemes.
• Conduct Investor Awareness Programs, investor meets and BTL activities for lead generation.
• Monitor market conditions, competition and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure branch-level connectivity, customer service and operational compliance.
• Manage branch P&L and overall branch operations.
• Track sales performance and implement business strategies to achieve growth.
