Qualifications

• 5+ years in Mutual Fund/Financial Services Sales
• NISM V-A Certification (mandatory or to be completed before joining)
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• NISM VA certification mandatory before joining.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Drive mutual fund sales through multiple channels.
• Achieve business targets in terms of Net Sales and AUM growth.
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and product presentations.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

We are seeking a high performing Branch Manager to drive mutual fund sales and expand market share across Jalandhar. The role involves managing key distribution channels, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive mutual fund sales through multiple channels including Banks, IFAs, Wealth Counters, National Distributors, and Direct Clients
• Achieve business targets in terms of Net Sales, AUM growth, and market share expansion
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key clients to drive long‑term business
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners to expand distribution reach
• Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for partners and clients
• Track competitor activities and market trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams
• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and campaigns in the assigned territory
