Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Branch Head Retail Sales in Salem with 8–10 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Asset Management or Banking Distribution. You will drive sales through IFA, ND and banking channels, nurture distributor relationships and onboard new partners.

The role requires strong channel sales, relationship management, and NISM certification, with MBA preferred for leadership responsibilities in a growth-focused financial services team.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Mutual Funds / Asset Management / Wealth Management / Banking Distribution.
• Strong experience in distributor/channel sales and relationship management.
• NISM Certification is mandatory.
• MBA preferred; Graduate degree required.

Responsibilities
