SkillLabs Resource Services Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Branch Manager for leadership of cluster branches in Karnataka.

The role focuses on P&L accountability, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on high net worth client engagement and product mix optimization. The ideal candidate will drive profitability through net-worth accounts, improve NII, and expand third-party product revenue while ensuring robust controls and customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in a Branch Manager role in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the Cluster Branches P&L - revenue & cost.
• Managing a Profit Centre - profitability as key through acquisition of net worth accounts, enhancing NII income, transaction fees, revenue from third party products.
• Compliance to all regulatory and auditing requirements.
• Set up of branches from nascent stages to a larger book size.
• Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank.
• Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high net worth clientele.
• Implementing best practices to enhance the customer base.
• Strengthening the customer value chain.
• Increasing the employee value proposition for the teams.
• Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently.
• Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.
