Job summary

IndusInd Bank Limited in Kanpur is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive revenue and cost management, and ensure high standards of customer service. You will handle complaints, enforce regulatory compliance, and nurture talent within the team.

This role focuses on growing the branch book, cross-selling products, and achieving ambitious targets while maintaining strict adherence to bank processes and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Retail Branch banking as Branch Manager or similar team lead.

Responsibilities

• Must be well versed with Branch operations/processes.
• Responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost
• Handling of the complaints received from customers
• Compliance to all regulatory and auditory requirements
• Set up of branches from their nascent stages to increasing of the book size manifold (For New Branches)
• Concentrated focus on all product lines and products offered by the bank
• Increasing the value proposition of the bank with high-net-worth clientele
• Implementing the best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base
• Driving and achieving challenging targets set by the bank consistently
• Manage entire gamut of business in line with growing organizational needs.
• To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
• To nurture talent and ensure grooming of the team such that they can take up higher responsibilities in future.
• Minimizing the attrition at the branch level//

Essential requirement:
