Soho House Mumbai is seeking an energetic Club Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the House for our members and guests. You will greet visitors, manage reservations, and act as a key first point of contact to ensure memorable experiences and warm service standards.

You will handle guest arrivals, member requests, and inquiries across outlets, while supporting with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.

• Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
