About The Role

Our client is a premier Bangalore-based movement and lifestyle brand blending climbing, fitness, events, and community. They are looking for a hands-on Club Manager to take complete operational, team, and commercial ownership of their vibrant physical space. Key Responsibilities

• Centre Operations: Lead end-to-end daily operations, team scheduling, and facility readiness. Maintain strict SOPs, safety standards, cleanliness, and seamless peak-hour workflows.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8-20+ employees. Drive daily briefings, manage shift deployment, handle hiring/onboarding, and foster a strong culture of accountability.
• Customer Experience & Community: Own the end-to-end guest journey-from first-time walk-ins to long-term membership retention. Resolve feedback in real-time and actively support community events and programming.
• Commercial Performance: Track and drive location-level revenue metrics (memberships, renewals, footfall conversion, and capacity utilization). Deliver operational performance reports and identify clear opportunities to boost customer lifetime value.

What We’re Looking For
