Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Senior Consultant to lead design, implementation, and presales for Oracle Fusion Financials engagements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and sales teams to deliver scalable Finance Cloud solutions across global deployments.

You will drive requirement workshops, configure Fusion modules, manage data migration, and support testing and go-live activities while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and rollouts.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting, compliance and statutory reporting.
• FBDI/ADFDI data migration, SLA awareness, and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, Projects).
• Drive R2R, P2P, O2C, and Asset Accounting processes across the organization.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with integration and reporting teams (OIC, REST, OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).

Your Role

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Senior Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and presales activities for Oracle Fusion Financials engagements. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and sales teams to deliver scalable and best-in-class Finance Cloud solutions.

• Lead requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and Projects.
• Drive Finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, and Asset Accounting.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with integration and reporting teams for OIC, REST APIs, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
• Provide post-production support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Expertise in Finance business processes, accounting, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Knowledge of SLA, financial reporting, data migration (FBDI/ADFDI), and integrations.
• Experience in stakeholder management, client engagement, and workshop facilitation.
• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred.
• Exposure to global implementations and multi-country rollouts.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials AI capabilities.
