Job summary

Spring Hr Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Cloud FinOps Lead with 8+ years of experience to own cloud cost management and financial analytics for the organization. This role is based in Navi Mumbai and requires an on-site presence in the office.

You will partner with IT, finance and procurement to optimize cloud spend, develop budgets and dashboards, report on trends, and drive cost-saving initiatives while preserving scalability and performance. Immediate to 15 days notice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have deep understanding of cloud cost management and optimization practices.
• Experience in creating financial models and dashboards to monitor cloud spend.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across IT, finance and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of cloud infrastructure costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of cloud infrastructure costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending strategies to optimize cloud spending.
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to control and reduce cloud expenses while maintaining scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish cloud-related budgets, create financial forecasts, and support strategic decision-making across departments.
• Prepare regular financial reports, providing insights on cloud spending patterns, trends, and potential risks to management. Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor cost efficiency, usage, and performance of cloud services.
• Drive optimization initiatives to improve cost efficiency, scalability, and overall operational effectiveness of cloud solutions, including evaluating different cloud providers, technologies, and pricing models.
• Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of cloud strategies with business goals, providing guidance and support on cloud cost management.
