Job summary

RBL Bank in Mumbai is seeking a FinOps Lead (AVP) to drive cloud financial management across AWS, Azure and GCP from our Technology & Solutions team based in Airoli/Malad, Navi Mumbai.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and cost governance, lead rightsizing initiatives, manage cost allocation and develop executive dashboards. Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years of FinOps experience and hands-on cloud cost optimization skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in FinOps / Cloud Financial Management.
• Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure and/or GCP cost management.
• Proven experience in cloud cost optimization and delivering measurable savings.
• Strong understanding of cloud pricing, billing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with Cloudability, CloudHealth, Apptio, AWS Cost Explorer, or Azure Cost Management.
• Knowledge of chargeback/showback models and cloud governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with Finance, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives across multi-cloud environments.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cloud financial governance.
• Drive rightsizing, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost control programs.
• Create cost visibility dashboards and executive reporting.
• Implement FinOps best practices and cost allocation frameworks.
• Partner with Finance and Engineering teams to improve cloud cost efficiency.
