Job summary

Fact Personnel is seeking an experienced real estate closings professional to manage and oversee closings from contract to funding in Maharashtra/Thane. The role involves supervising closing staff, ensuring accuracy of contracts, statements, and disclosures, and ensuring compliance with TRID, RESPA and lender guidelines.

The successful candidate will coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys and escrow teams, monitor timelines, resolve issues, and handle high-value transactions with escalated

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate closings, title, escrow, or settlement services.
• Strong understanding of closing documents and disclosures.
• Familiarity with TRID, RESPA and lender guidelines is preferred.
• Able to supervise and train staff and coordinators.

Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial real estate closings from contract to funding.

Supervise, train, and support closing coordinators and closing staff

Review contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations (including TRID, RESPA, and lender guidelines)

Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, title officers, escrow teams, and clients

Monitor closing timelines and proactively resolve issues or delays

Handle complex or high-value transactions and escalated client concerns
