• Handle end-to-end closure of property sales transactions.
• Coordinate with sales team for deal finalization and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation including agreements and legal paperwork.
• Manage customer interactions during the closing stage and resolve queries.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance and payment processing.
• Monitor and track collections and receivables from customers.
• Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to closures and collections.
• Drive timely registration and handover processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve closing efficiency.
