This is a founding role, working with UK colleagues and local teams to scale across India. The role is non-clinical, hands-on with diary management, vendor relations, and patient experience, reporting to the Director of Operations.

We are Care ADHD, and we are coming to India
We are one of the largest specialist ADHD providers in the United Kingdom. We were built inside the NHS system,
we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and we support tens of thousands of patients. We know what
world class neurodevelopmental care looks like because we deliver it every single day.
And now we are bringing it to India. Not a call centre. Not a back office. A real specialist clinic, in Indiranagar,
staffed by brilliant Indian psychiatrists and psychologists, delivering assessment and treatment to the same
clinical standard we hold ourselves to in the UK.
Here is why this matters. There are millions of adults in India with ADHD who have never had a name for the way
their mind works. Many have spent their whole lives being told they are lazy, careless or not trying hard enough.
Stigma around ADHD and autism stops people seeking help, and when they do seek help, specialist care is very
hard to find. We think that is wrong, and we intend to do something about it.
Our mission is to unlock potential. Every assessment we deliver is a person finally getting an accurate explanation
of themselves. Every treatment plan is someone getting their life back. And every open, honest conversation
about ADHD and autism chips away at a stigma that should never have existed in the first place.
The Indiranagar clinic is our first site in India. You would be running it. No pressure.

You own the running of the Indiranagar clinic. Everything that happens around the clinical encounter, from the
moment a patient first gets in touch to the point where they are settled on treatment and coming back for annual
review, is yours.
The job exists so that our clinicians can do clinical work and absolutely nothing else. If a psychiatrist is chasing an
invoice, fixing a rota or apologising for a late running clinic, you have a problem to solve.
This is a build role. You will open the clinic, set the operating rhythm and write down how everything works,
because what you build in Indiranagar is what we will replicate in the next city, and the one after that. We are
hiring for capability, not capacity. We want someone who can run one clinic brilliantly and then help us open the
next three.
What this role is
The operational owner of the clinic. The diary, the team, the patient experience, the building, the numbers. If
it is not clinical, it is yours.
A leadership job. You will line manage the patient services team from day one and set the tone for the whole
clinic.
A founding job. You will be one of the first people through the door, and the way you work will become the
way we work.
A partnership job. You will work shoulder to shoulder with our Clinical Director, our Compliance department
and our Finance department, and with UK colleagues who genuinely want you to succeed.
A mission job. You will spend your days making it easier for people with ADHD to get help, in a country where
that is still far too hard.
What this role is not
It is not a clinical role. Diagnosis, prescribing and therapy decisions belong to the clinicians, always. You make
their work possible. You never influence it.
It is not a caretaker role. There is no established machine to keep ticking over. If you want a clinic that already
runs itself, this will frustrate you.
It is not a back office or shared services role. This is a patient facing clinic. You will see and hear the impact of
your work in the waiting room every day.
It is not a solo compliance or finance role. Compliance owns the regulatory framework and Finance owns the
numbers. You are their partner on the ground, not a one person substitute for either.
It is not a nine to five with everything defined. Some weeks will be messy. We will be honest about that now
rather than surprise you later.

4. What you will do
Six areas. You own all of them. We have written these as accountabilities rather than tasks, because we care
about the outcome and we trust you on the method.
4.1 Clinic operations and patient flow
Run the day to day operation of the clinic so that every clinic session starts on time, runs to time and is fully
utilised.
Own the clinic diary and capacity plan. Manage clinician utilisation, session templates, appointment mix and
slot allocation against the monthly volume plan.
Manage did not attend and cancellation rates actively, including reminder protocols, waiting list management
and short notice backfill.
Ensure the clinic environment, equipment, consumables and facilities are safe, clean, functional and fit for a
clinical setting at all times.
Own vendor and supplier relationships at clinic level, including facilities, housekeeping, security, pathology
partners and consumables.
Maintain accurate operational records and produce a weekly operating report against agreed metrics.
